This family of 10 struggled to stay on their feet in the best of times in their small 3 bedroom apartment. When their neighbor’s family broke apart and both mother and father were unfit to stay with their children, social services were going to take the children and split them up as they saw fit. This family jumped in and brought in all 4 of their neighbor’s children under foster care, bringing the total number of children in the family to 12.
