A completely dysfunctional family. Having had a good job for years supporting his family, when the father had a major break down, the family ceased to function. The Kupa already gives about $1500 a month support, and that is just to help the mother cover the mortgage and basic food for the family. Now, due to the situation at hand, psychological help and therapy is urgently needed for 3 of this children.
